Air Separation Plant We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of Premium Quality Cryogenic Air Separation Plants, Cryogenic ASU of all sizes ranging from 50 m3/hour to 30,000 m3/hour including Cryogenic Tonnage Oxygen and Nitrogen Plants for Industrial and medical gas generation. Special Features of ASU Plant: A few of the latest technological features incorporated into the Oxygen & Nitrogen plants are listed below. Purity of Oxygen produced from all plants is minimum 99.7% and Nitrogen Purity can be available up to 1-10 PPM (Depending upon requirement of the customer). All plants use "Oil free" rotary screw /centrifugal oil compressor working between 6-13 BAR. All plants incorporate Aluminum Brazed exchangers and packed columns for high efficiency. Turbo expanders (GAS Bearing) for trouble free operation. All plants can supplied with automatic PLC control. Engineering support along with complete quality control is provided by our company. We provide qualified engineers for Supervision, Installation and start up of all our plants as well as training of manpower at customers' site. PSA OXYGEN GENERATOR
Following the principle of pressure swing adsorption zeolite molecular sieve is used as the adsorbent. A full set PSA oxygen plant consists of 5 parts. Fresh air as raw material, passing through air compressor abtain 5-10 Bar compressed air. After compressed air purification system the waste gas, water, oil, dust will be filted and exhausted You can connect with hospital tube or another pipes to use directly, but also you can fill into cylinders.if so, we can supply oxygen booster and filling manifold
CRYOGENIC LIQUID STORAGE TANK
Designing of cryogenic liquid storage tank is done in way to ensure that it is sturdy, compact and easy to operate. Top end liquid filling decreases the pressure inside the tank and the bottom filling increases the pressure. The pressurizing system is used for increasing the pressure when the liquid oxygen is uploaded to tanks or gas line vaporizers. As the pressurizing system is used for regulating the opening of both top and bottom filling valve, there is almost no change of pressure during liquid delivery. It enables constant liquid supply to vaporizer.
GAS COMPRESSOR
The equipment does not need to add lubricating oil, and the exhaust gas does not contain oil and oil vapor, so it can be protected from pollution, eliminating the need for complex filtration and purification systems, saving equipment costs and maintenance costs, and has significant features such as safety, reliability, and easy operation.
