Why do I want to share this story, because I want to introduce the technology of seafood liquid oxygen aquaculture.

In March 2021, a Chinese in Georgia came to me. His factory was engaged in seafood business and wanted to buy a set of liquid oxygen equipment for seafood farming. The customer used a new type of breeding liquid in the breeding base. Oxygen application device, this kind of equipment can use the high-level water pool in the breeding base in the pipeline. After the supply of water flow and oxygen, a gas-water mixture will be formed, forming a circulation in the breeding farm, which not only solves the traditional method of increasing oxygen, but also greatly reduces the It eliminates the spillover phenomenon caused by local oxygen saturation caused by uneven oxygen exposure, greatly ensures the high dissolved oxygen state in the farm, and also improves the production speed and output of farmed animals.

Moreover, this liquid oxygen equipment is equipped with a new monitoring system. When the oxygen supply is insufficient, managers can directly operate and control it remotely. At the same time, an Internet of Things module is also added to monitor the whole process of water quality testing.

The basic principle of cryogenic air separation is to use cryogenic rectification to condense air into liquid, and separate the air according to the evaporation temperature of each component. The two-stage rectification column simultaneously obtains pure nitrogen and pure oxygen at the top and bottom of the upper column. It is also possible to withdraw liquid oxygen and liquid nitrogen from the evaporating and condensing sides of the main cooling, respectively. The air separation in the rectification tower is divided into two sections, and the air is first separated in the lower tower to obtain liquid nitrogen and oxygen-enriched liquid air at the same time. The oxygen-enriched liquid air is sent to the upper tower for rectification to obtain pure oxygen and pure nitrogen. The upper tower is divided into two sections: with the liquid gas inlet as the boundary, the upper section is the rectification section, which rectifies the rising gas, recovers the oxygen component, and purifies the nitrogen purity, and the lower section is the rectification section. The stripping section removes nitrogen components in the liquid, and separates and improves the oxygen purity of the liquid.
