Working Makes A Full Man VS Recreation Makes A Fun Man—-NUZHUO Quarterly Team Building

To enhance team cohesion and enhance communication and collaboration among employees, NUZHUO Group organized a series of team building activities in the second quarter of 2024. The purpose of this activity is to create a relaxed and pleasant communication environment for employees after busy work, while strengthening the spirit of cooperation between the team, and jointly contribute to the development of the company.

Activity content and implementation

Outdoor activities
At the beginning of  team building, we organized an outdoor activity. The activity location is selected at the seaside of Zhoushan city, including rock climbing, trust back fall, blind square and so on. These activities not only test the physical strength and endurance of the staff, but also enhance the trust and tacit understanding between the team.

Team sports meeting
In the middle of team bulding, we held a unique team sports meeting. The sports meeting set up basketball, football, tug-of-war and other games, and employees of all departments actively participated, showing excellent competitive level and team spirit. The sports meeting not only let the employees release the work pressure in the competition, but also enhance mutual understanding and friendship in the competition.

Cultural exchange activities
At the end of the time, we organized a cultural exchange activity. The event invited colleagues from different cultural backgrounds to share their hometown culture, customs and food. This event not only broadens employees’ horizons, but also promotes the integration and development of diverse cultures in the team.
