Liquid nitrogen equipment is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption, using high-quality carbon molecules adsorbents,
under a certain pressure, nitrogen is produced from the air. After purified and dried compressed air, pressure adsorption and reduced
pressure desorption are carried out in the adsorber. Due to the kinetic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of carbon
molecular sieve is much greater than that of nitrogen, and when the equilibrium is not reached in adsorption, nitrogen is enriched in
the gas phase to form finished nitrogen. Then the pressure is reduced to normal pressure, and the adsorbent desorbs other impurities
such as oxygen adsorbed to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs
nitrogen production, the other tower desorption and regeneration, and is automatically controlled by the PLC program to make the
two towers work alternately. The finished nitrogen is then passed through the Stirling refrigerant to produce liquid nitrogen.
